Can You Please Reconsider My Suspension? Dont make me turn to the Dark Side (PS4)

Hi guys this is my first post here so any input\feedback on it would help also.
So I recently got a 1 week communications suspension which is still in affect for which I thought was a 'heated' conversation I had with someone the night before. When I had the chance to challenge
the suspension I kept this in mind in my entire reply\response to the enforcement team knowing all it was, was a normal argument with no swearing, cursing etc etc. We just said what we had to say and parted ways.
You see, the problem now starts in the reply from the team. The message they
have now brought to my attention is a completely different one to which i thought I had got suspended for. The message starts with me apologising for making a mistake in game, then the guy responds by saying in summary 'learn to play better I carried the team
to win'. I then say in the nicest way possible (bearing in mind I'm trying to stay cool and not get angry) 'ok [Mod Removed - Profanity] bye ��'. He then says how good his K\D is etc etc, I say how I did actually help etc etc; end of conversation.
So I THOUGHT 'ok [Mod Removed - Profanity] bye ��' was an acceptable response. 'OH NO NO NO' to quote that famous saying; it apparently wasn't.
. The team member called [Mod Removed - Personal
Information] tells me that because I used an acronym which contains [Mod Removed - Profanity] that the suspension is being upheld and also 'upon further investigation' into the message its final. What 'further invistigation'?, that
was literally the only thing I was told I was being suspended for. Please can anyone help me at all? because like I told one of the xbox live staff over the phone I feel like I can't even say a LETTER out of place without fearing I will get reported, suspended
or even banned due to the, (after properly reading the code of conduct), the most broad rules and regulations I have ever seen which can all be up to interpretation by the individual players and the staff.

Small Controller Issue

Im an xbox guy all the way but starting to get fed up with consistant problems with Microsoft products. I really dont want to go to the dark side but the ps4 is looking appealing.

 

Unfortunately, the Xbox support members and moderators here can't help you. This is through the enforcement team which you can file an appeal. If the appeal says you are in violation of the Code of Conduct then you have to wait. Nobody can do anything
else. Sorry mate.

 

The only people that handle suspensions (whether putting them on an account or taking them off) are the enforecement team.

The only way to contact them is through the case review process.

Based on your post it sounds like you have already gone through that process and they have upheld their decision on keeping your suspension in tact.

Even using an acronym like that is against the code of conduct.

Whenever a report is filed of a violation it is looked at by an enforcement agent and if a case review is filed it will be looked at again by a different enforcement agent.

 

So there isn't anyone at all I can speak to after submitting a 1 time reply? Because that to me doesn't seem fair as, like I said, my reply wasn't even talking about that message. If they had told me before I would've wrote about what my post says.

 

Since you submitted a case review, that means they already investigated the issue twice.
