please make it to were I can hop on Forza hub and upload pictures to use on my cars it would be so cool and make it more easy to modify cars

I advise you to get in touch with support or post on the page of the developer of the game themselves, because such requests are controller by the developer of the game and not the platform in which the game is played on.

There are plenty of "Play Anywhere" titles that are Xbox games on PC and some select few PC ports for Xbox. Sadly some straight up Windows 10/PC games are PC only for a number of reasons and a majority of them are publishers and hardware.
