Q1: Does Enforcement team review Xbox profiles each year for any offense like market place theft or fraud or buying from different region in a yearly periods or you can get banned for example after 5 or 6 years for an offense done at year 1 ?

Q2: if there is multi accounts under same name at same console and one did buy from other regions region locked content does that affect other accounts sharing content at same console ?

Q3: can you ask Microsoft to review your account history in order to purge it ?

I just wanted to hear the answer from you because I have been you are the expert here.

Regarding the second question I just wanted to play with my second account feeling safe because as you know from my previous threads I have done nth on that account and just played a game bought from another region from main account. And I already closed the main account after you said it’s a market place theft. Can I feel safe ?

Q1: The enforcement team don't give out information on how they operate. So no one here would know that for sure.

Q2: You've already had multiple threads on this already. Generally if one account gets a ban, it does not affect the other accounts. Again, we are not the enforcement team though so we can't give you a 100% answer here.

Q3: No.
