    Back in Tuesday June 8, 2021 me & My older brother brought a Xbox One S from his Coworker for $125 even through I paid it & he just got transportation to get the console. Me & him played this console for months & we shared this Xbox Account on the Xbox 360 offline late 2012 - late 2015, we re-brought the Xbox 360 in 2017 shortly later I created a Xbox Account to share since Wednesday April 19, 2017. Later, we brought Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter & a Game.

    Just yesterday, my Uncle was giving one of us his Xbox One S All Digital since he now got the Xbox Series S. Can you play the same game on two Xboxes on the same account & Can you play one game and another game on two Xboxes?

    With my Seagate 4TB, Can I moved the games to from my Uncle's Internal Hard Drive to my Seagate 4TB External Hard Drive & still play them without purchasing?
    No. It doesnt work like that.

    You can play the same game in 2 consoles with the same account without purchasing 2 times but you can't do it at the same time with the same account, you will need a second account

    One can put in their profile on any Xbox with the privacy settings allowing you to do so. If the Xbox you add your personal profile to has been designated a "Home Xbox" all profiles can play all those games. One cannot use the same profile at the same time in real time, that profile will be logged off whichever was the last logged onto. Also if your uncle has not removed his profile from the One X he gave you, you should have him remove his profile. Your uncle doesn't have to uninstall the games, just his profile. That way his "Key" any payment method associated and preferences are removed. Sharing an Xbox is awesome, sharing the same profile isn't.
