Can you only submit a recovery form once

Hi Evan,

If you’re referring to the account recovery form, then the only limit is up to 2 times per day. Apart from this, there’s currently no limit as to how many times you can try the form.

Keep in mind that you unfortunately can’t recover an account this way if 2FA (Two-Factor authentication/Two-step verification) is enabled on the account.

As per the Microsoft account activity policy, inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 2 years (with some possible exceptions) and can’t be recovered once deleted.

Just a friendly reminder though that for recovery concerns there is a dedicated team and they are the recovery team that can only be reached by submitting a recovery form.

Once we found the Microsoft email address we can then proceed with recovering the account, Jr by submitting a recovery form.

No one can tell the email.
You need to start trying the recovery form until it gets accepted

If you can't submit the recovery form, nothing else can be done

Unfortunately, the only way to get your account recovered is through the recovery form as this gets submitted to the recovery team who are the only folk who can reset passwords. I know you have mentioned that you have submitted the recovery form to the team but haven't heard anything back from the team. Please can you check your junk folder to make sure it hasn't landed in there.

If you still can't find the email from the team, please can you answer the following questions so I can try and help you:

1. Do you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account?
   
2. When have you submitted the recovery form?
