Several ad creators block access to your mobile games. Jigsaw is one of the worst. The ad comes up. There is either no X at the top to close the ad once it has run, or tapping the X gives you a shrunken version of the Play app and an oval on the top left that says "done." Tapping on "done" gives you a screen with the game icon and the word "get" under it. There is an arrow like this: ->| somewhere on the screen which brings up Play.

Even if you download the app and open it, the "get" screen stays and you must close the game to close the ad. The day I downloaded this app I had just run Kaspersky mobile antivirus & it was clean. I uninstalled the jigsaw app & emptied the cache & rebooted the mobile. Then I ran Kaspersky again & it detected malware. I can't help but think it was related to the jigsaw app, the only change to my mobile device.

Even with all that effort, when I tried to do the daily challenges again, up comes the jigsaw ad again - same thing. I rebooted a the game 6 times and still got the ad.

I know your TOS with ads require that the ads allow an exit from the ad so the player can play Microsoft Casual Games, and this company, headquartered in Singapore, seems to believe it is immune to those TOS. When you all finally get around to making them clean up their act for a while, it's great, but when they think no one will complain, they go back to blocking access to Solitaire on mobile devices.

I have complained to them, and to Google Play, posted it on FB on the Solitaire page, and asked others who have the same issue to report it.

My question is, are you allowing this bad behavior in hopes of forcing people to pay your exhorbitant fees to block ads? Because I did that once on Solitaire and it still let ads through, just not as many, so I hardly see the point in the fee if it's only going to decrease the ads instead of blocking them all. So no, even if you let these TOS-breaking cretins keep blocking access to your games, I will just quit playing them and find another app. I already have an app with 150 different Solitaire games. I just liked the challenges, but I can live without them. I have other word games. Other Mah Jong games. Other Sudoku games. And not one of those companies allows ads to take over their mobile apps - except you.

I am running a Note 9 (not all of us can afford thousands for a new mobile every year). It runs N96OUSQU9FVG2 applied 25 Aug 2022, and says it is "enforcing" Android SEPF_SM-N96OU_10_0030 updated 21 July 2022, Android version 10. I have 128 gb memory & an SD card 128 hb also. I keep everything up to date and run antivirus regularly. I also run Nord VPN. If this setup is contributing to this issue I will do whatever is needed to stop it.
