Can you like hurry up and fix the issues with redeeming codes?

I didn't buy a 3 month gold membership code so I could just keep it in my pocket ya know..

What exactly is the issue you are having? Include any error code you receive when trying to redeem the code on the console.

 

I opened my guide and clicked on redeem code. I then typed in my code and clicked enter when it then told me that the code is a 3M Prepaid Gold so I clicked redeem for the second time and I got "There is a problem with the Xbox Services, please try again
later". Status Code: 80161C3

It is annoying me that this is happening and hasn't yet been resolved when my Xbox Live Gold membership runs out in 4 days...

 

Also forgot to add, the code was activated as it says "Activation Successful" on my reciept.

 

You made a slight mistake on your error code. They should be 8 digits long, not 7.

However, could you check this link to see when the expiry date of your membership is? If it is 3 months longer than you think then the code went through ok.

Just checked it, my membership runs out on the 21st of August 2014, looks like I just wasn't recieving the confirmation message, thanks for the help
