    Can you help with me not being able to join servers on Minecraft?


    Hiya, i have a problem with Minecraft. I log in and a message appears on the servers section. It does not allow me to play on multiplayer. It says there is a problem with my account and how it’s set up. So I followed instructions on the website given, toggled the multiplayer option to allow. Logged in and out on my Xbox, and nothing changed. Any help on this one?

    Kindly ask the account owner to check and validate the subscription, please ask them when will the subscription expires.

    Thanks for the fast reply, I myself do not have an Xbox live gold subscription however, another account on the same console. Any help would be very gratefully received.

    If I may ask, do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? Because if all of your settings are set up correctly, we may need to check the subscription. Here you go:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    An active Xbox Live Gold subscription is required to play an online multiplayer game.

    Hi Aston I'd love to help.

    As long as your dad was able to configure your privacy settings, you can be able to join public servers or join friends.

    Try signing out from the Minecraft launcher and sign back in again.
