    I had a duplicate account and when i removed one it said i can not unlink it till 12 months.

    "Unfortunately, Microsoft does not manage the link system, which is the responsibility of the respective company, in this case, Activision. All you can do is submit a support ticket here:

    https://support.activision.com/options

    That said, coming from someone who personally had the same problem in the past, they won't let you disengage again before the 12 months are up. Unfortunately, they don't make any exceptions.

    Hi Yeenoiz. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

    The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

    When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.
