Yes I applied for it and they said that I didn't have enough proof but they should check I have my old mail and the primary mail changing message please help me I spend to much with my microsoft account I can share you the details

So, let me make sure I understand your issue... you need to switch the e-mail address associated with your gamertag, but in order to do so you need to provide a verification code that is sent to the e-mail on file, correct? But, you no longer have access
to this e-mail? Well, if this is the case you can either A) contact Xbox Support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX where an agent can help walk you through getting a one-time verification code that will allow them to help you. OR B) You can go to account.live.com/acsr
and fill out this form... it takes about 24 hours to get a response but this will allow you to reset your security information (account e-mail aliases and phone numbers). Once, you have the proper verification measures in place, you can visit

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account for more info on how to change the e-mail address associated with your gamertag.
