Can you have 2 accounts on one xbox?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.. my son has created several profiles (through trying to sort this) for his brother which are showing in the family group. It says to connect the device to the xbox but when we go through that part and try to sign in (as consent given) it then says error.

So not sure now if this is under the same account?

Based on what you said, if your son created several profiles, exists the possibility that the system put some temporal restriction on the accounts that your son recently created.

First, you need to ask him what's the exact account he wants to use and the email he created for that profile.

You can create your own account,which would need a separate email address but you wouldn't need to buy gold for that account if you use the xbox ones gold sharing features
