Preordered Dead Rising 4 physical a few hours before release day?

Can you just manually add the credits? I have an email confirmation on my order that says I bought it on December 5, and it was a preorder.

i typed in my credit card info and went to purchase a one month gold membership and it didnt go through. i tried again and it will not go through and give me my one month gold. so i took my credit info off. can u help me and let me know y it didnt give me
my one month pass for gold

Missing rewards credits from November 2016

Hi,

I was looking over my past reward points earnings and I noticed that November didn't give me credit for being Gold, even though my subscription is valid for over another year and hasn't lapsed.

31/10/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 1,000 Credits

30/11/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 - 400 Credits

31/12/16 - MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold) - 800 Credits

Please can I get my missing 400 credits

We receive purchase information for physical purchases from MicrosoftStore.com. If you claim your purchase was marked as made on the 5th, then it should be included in their report to our program, and you should be awarded. However, as stated in our FAQ,
the Credits should appear as pending up to 15 days after your shipping date. Since this game was released only recently, it is too early to see any pending Credits.

My credit card currently can not make preorders due to being a pre pay card. My paycheck goes onto it and due to this fact, I can not use it to preorder, could this also be an issue for you?

@FrozenBrute: I'd hardly classify the year changes as "major." I've purchased every FIFA game that has come out for the 360, and the yearly transitions (to me) warrant a yearly purchase.

@OP: I have Gears 3 preordered from Amazon. They give me a $20 video games credit to my account. So, if you can handle the $60 payment for Gears 3... you can then use that $20 credit to pick up Fifa12 the following week. Essentially, you'll need $100
total. (Not including shipping & tax)

Can you preorder an upcoming game using ONLY xbox cash or gift cards without having a paypal, credit or debit on file with MS?

If so, then why can't you dl say, a free avator item without giving MS your paypal, credit/debit info?

In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time. Currently there is the Games on Demand punchcard offer which will give you 15,000 credits if you preorder 3 eligible games between January 1
and March 31. Injustice 2 is eligible for that offer. If you make 2 other eligible purchases, you will receive the 15,000 credits after all 3 games have been released.

Can you give me credit for my preorder?
