Can you gift DLC?

Keep in mind that there are some DLCs and items in the store that cannot be purchased as a gift, although this can also vary depending on each region.

If the DLC is available for purchase from the Microsoft Store on your console, you should be able to see an option to buy the game as a gift. You can also find the same option if you try to purchase it from a web browser on a PC or mobile phone.

The option to purchase as a gift is indicated by the following symbol on a web browser:



If you'd like, you can tell me the exact name of the DLC you want to gift, which game it is for, and your country. I'd be happy to check if it can be purchased as a gift and provide you with the purchase link so you can proceed.

If you want to gift dlc for the Steam version you need to purchase the content and gift it via Steam. It can not be done via the Xbox store.

You can gift games and DLC from one account to another

I know you can buy dlc and games to gift to a friend. I am not sure if you can do that with vbucks.

When you go into the main sanctuary (pressing the Start Button while in game) on your left (near the dog) you should find a gift section. That is where you find the DLC. Go in and open the gifts and it should be all the DLC you bought. Now you can go in
to the clothing areas and see the items you bought.
