Can you get an old Xbox account using the password and username?

I'm afraid the only way to recover a Microsoft account is through the account recovery webform that strictly requires an email address:

In this case, you can try to perform the following workarounds in order to find the email address associated with your old Xbox account:

Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.

If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The gamertag that’s associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

If you can’t sign in, check your other email inboxes for messages about your Xbox subscription or Xbox offers. This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox profile.

Note: Think back to when you created your Microsoft account. Were you using a different internet service provider for email at the time?

If you’re part of an Xbox family group, have an organizer (adult account) look up your account info with the Xbox Family Settings app.

Note: This step only works if you’re set as a member of the Xbox family group. Organizers can’t review the account info of other organizers in a group.

Steps for the organizer:

Open the Xbox Family Settings app on their mobile device.
Choose the member whose account info isn’t known.
Select the Info bubble next to the user’s gamertag.
Review the info under Account email for the Microsoft account that’s associated with their Xbox profile.

Hello Connor,

If you still have access to Roblox on Xbox it shows the account username that’s linked to your Xbox profile in settings while in game. Username/Email/Phone can be used to sign in for Roblox. If you can’t remember the password a email or phone number is required to reset the password. The Roblox website will have more information on password resetting and account recovery.

I am having the same issue.

Logged into the new Xbox with my email + password, which went through fine. But it created a new user account instead of showing my old account. This is preventing me from connecting my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account since it goes by the username and not the email.

How do I get my original username back?

I tryed connecting into my router with my old username and password that I used before getting this new router ( I had a dial up prevously ) but now I can't login to my router to find out if there is a phrase or not, & I didn't get a username or password
with the new router

You should be able to log in to Xbox.com with your Xbox Live account. Every Live account has an associated Live ID, which you can use to log in to the website. It's the same username and password that you use to log in on the Xbox. I don't believe you can
merge two accounts.
