Can you fix my negative v-bucks

I checked everything and nothing has been brought with the v-bucks, can you send v-bucks to other accounts?

I've tried it and if you have money on the gift card and it is redeemed on your account you can by V-bucks on Fortnite and get the V-bucks right away.

The v bucks are separate per console. It's in the FAQ on the epic website.

Q. Are my Vbucks bound to the platform I purchase them on?

A. Yes. V-bucks that are purchased can only be used on that specific platform.There is no ability to move V-bucks between a console and PC. That said, if you have linked your PSN account with your Epic ID, any content you buy with V-bucks on PS4 will be
also available on your Fortnite account on PC. You can link your PSN account to your Epic account here. Currently, this is not supported on Xbox One.

To buy V-Bucks, you can follow these steps:

Purchase V-Bucks from the Fortnite store or a trusted retailer.

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a gift card code.

Give the gift card code to your friend.

Your friend will be able to redeem the gift card code in the Fortnite store. Once you redeem the code, the V-Bucks will be added to your Fortnite account.
