Can you enable playtime restrictions on xbox one x?

I'm a 23 year old collage student who feels like I spend too much time gaming, instead of doing productive things like making comics, animating, or going on photoshoots. So I was wondering if there was a way I can have a timer on my xbox that turns it off
after having it on for a set time period. for example I want to be able to have the console shutdown on me if I spend 5 hours on it, as a way of controlling my bad gaming habits.

For context I wake up and immediately start gaming around 10 am, and I stop usually around 10 pm to 1 am.

Another, better more fit for your case method involves auto-shutting off your Xbox. Here are the instructions:

Firstly, go to Settings, click Power & Startup, then select Options, and then you’ll see a menu in which you can select a time when it shuts off.

You can only add limits to child accounts. Since you would be on an adult account, it's not possible to add screen time limits.
