    You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them and block communications with them.

    Then you have done all that you can do. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. The appeal is the only way to contact them.
