Can you diagnose my Xbox One original buzzing noise?

I can't hear it to well in the video.

Oh weird, you're right. The video audio is quiet, sorry about that. It sounded clear on my phone last night. It's extremely loud and grinding. Not clicking, just grinding.

It's not the main top fan, it's fine. It could be the CPU fan. It would make sense if it's the hard drive.

I'm starting to think I should just get the Xbox One S... this one is about 7 years old (day one) and has been used almost every day since I got it. But if I could repair this on my own it would be much cheaper.

So given the fact that we're in a pandemic and it's not exactly easy to get this repaired, what are my best options? The noise is so loud I can hear it down the hall on the other end of the house. It's way too loud to play games or watch Netflix with.

Should I replace the hard drive myself (the warranty expired in 2014), or just buy a new better Xbox One S? I know it's a huge hassle to upgrade the Xbox One hard drive... but if the hard drive is making this much noise then I bet it will fail soon.
