    I can't wear a headset. Is there, or can you create, a small box that would plug into my Xbox controller, that works like a speaker phone? That way I can still hear and talk to people I play games with

    Alternatively you could use your current headset and turn the game volume down in your Xbox 360 preferences or headset if it has the capability.

    Hi there,

    As far as I can tell, you can't use this particular headset with the USB port on the console - it needs to be via the 3.5mm jack on the controller.

    Have you tried an alternative headset to check if it is the headset or the controller at fault?

    If the controller is definitely faulty, you may be able to arrange a repair/replacement under warranty at http://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

    I bought the Xbox Wireless Headset for Christmas of 2022 and it broke. The left plate used to adjust the volume of the headset fell off, is there a way you can fix this?

    Judging by the damage you have advised, there would be no other way to fix the headset. The only other option would be to purchase an alternative headset unfortunately.

    If the game doesn't detect the Mic, then it won't work. Alternatively you can connect your Xbox headset mic to your controller and use that for some Guitar Hero titles.

    Firstly are you sure these headphones are supported on the Xbox 360? If the headsets are supported can you please try connecting them to an alternate Xbox 360 controller to see what happens.
