So you cannot regain access even with having all the verifications of purchasing gamepass? Meaning you cannot retrieve it?

Hello Sufyaan, what you want to do is change Alias, for any change in the account including changing the email you need to have access to it.

I don't know why or how you lost access to the account, but if you want to change the Alias you will have to regain access to your Microsoft account.

The second reply is your best solution to this. Get with her to have access to the account and then change the primary log in and delete the old.

do not remove the old email as that will permanently close and delete the Hotmail account.

if she is agreeable, get her to sign in on your Xbox with the account that has all the purchases and set it as her Home Xbox.

this will give you access to the games and subscriptions you purchased on her account.

she can then remove that account from your Xbox and you can play using your new Hotmail account.

you will lose all gamerscore and achievements but you will still be able to play your games

the only way to recover your password is through your Hotmail, if you change the password you should be able to access your xbox account.
