Can you all help with a ban on activision for Call of duty mobile?

Hello i was playing Call of Duty mobile, i was having issues connecting my xbox controller to my android so i can play on phone, but controller was not responding so i exit game several times, but not during a match, so i dont know if thts the reason i got banned, but its unfair, i spend alot of money on games, and i will never put at risk the money i invested on this games for something stupid, but after this i dont even know if i want to buy any more games for no reason ban, i will be a lost customer, i know i did nothing wrong, and no one can give me an explanation, and i just had purchased a battle pass a few hours before the ban, i feel like i was scammed, and i did made a report to BBB

also too look at the consumer right for your area and federal level because there is consumer rights that might require them to unban you cause youve payed into it my province here in canada has the right its why we rarely get banned up here

request a charge back with your bank on all cod purchases they'll unban you then especially if that means they're about to lose out on 100 of dollars

Thats the thing they are helpless, wont tell me what i did wrong, and i just paid for battle pass, and its not fair, while im banned for no reason, im missing out on what i paid for, i will ask for a refund for this
