    Hello Josue, unfortunately it is not possible, you can only add players who have Xbox/Microsoft accounts.

    In the case of PS4 players, just go inside a game that has crossplay like Fortnite.

    As Xbox and microsoft are not affiliated with Sony or PlayStation, your microsoft account will not work of and PlayStation or Sony device. You'll have to make a separate Sony account for that. If this is a cross platform game that your trying to link and
    your having issues, you will probably have to go to the developer company support or add any extra information here to see if i or any other xbox player can help. Thanks.

    Players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can play with and against each other, but not with players on PC, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S - even with cross-play turned on.

    In Battlefield 2042, to make sure the experience is fair and fun for everyone. In order for players on Xbox One and Playstation 4 dont have a bad time because they’re using older hardware, EA set things up to prevent that.

    One of the things they done to keep performance stable is to reduce the scale of the battles in All-Out Warfare a little. So if you’re playing on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, you’ll be in 64-player battles rather than 128-player ones. This reduced battle size also means you can only matchmake with and against players on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
