    mobile is lousy for gaming, pings can be all over the place, plus it would cost more and then the person would need a 5g plan.

    halo 3 file share will be gone by december when they switch off the all the halo 360 servers so that wont happen

    If the browser on xbox 360 can not open a page you will need to open it on a PC or mobile phone that can.

    You can not upgrade the internet explorer built into xbox 360 in any way.

    I have a feeling the issue is with EE. I believe they use CGNAT which results in a double NAT as your router doesnt get its own public IP and is shared.

    Does Halo 3 have a built in Livestream feature?

    I am afraid not. However Halo 3 does have Theater mode which you can use to save short clips to your file share and share with your friends in-game.
