Can you access your xbox account when the email is deleted

I apologize but the Xbox profile is linked to our Microsoft account which means that if the Microsoft account is deleted, the Xbox profile linked to it will be deleted as well.

No, if your father's email is a Microsoft one (@live, @outlook, @hotmail) then removing it will delete his account and he wipl have no access to his emails or OneDrive.

We can just move the Xbox account to a another email and let my dad email access to outlook?

if your email address is a Microsoft email (@hotmail, @live, @outlook) then you wont be able to remove your account from the Xbox account.

removing Microsoft email accounts from Xbox accounts permanently deletes the email account and you will no longer be able to access it

all you can do is add an alias email address then promote that to be the main email address.

if your Dad's email is a Microsoft email (@Outlook, @Live , @Hotmail, etc) that he uses for Office 365 then you wont be able to swap the email on the Xbox account as that will completely delete the account and he will lose access to his emails and anything
else that uses that email address.

what you (and your Dad) can do is make the Xbox the Home Xbox for his account then when you start a new account of your own you will still have access to all the games you purchased on his account.

you will lose progress and achievements in all those games as that cant be transferred, but at least you won't need to buy the games again.

I'm sorry to hear you wish to delete your account, however Microsoft has no way to delete delete the account. You can however can close the account by visiting account.Live.com and logging in with your Microsoft (Xbox) account and clicking on close account.
However, being this doesn't delete the account, it will make it so you can not use the email again to create a new account and you will not be able to use the gamertag again, as they will both still exist, they just can not be accessed.
