Can y'all unsuspend me bc my account got hacked and it was not my fault

Unfortunately, here we are a community of players and we do not have access to account/billing information, okay? We cannot unsuspend you, and neither can Support.

You need to fill out the Appeal Form for a chance of unsuspending your account, okay?

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements for. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

I also recommend changing your account information so it is more protected, such as changing your password, adding another email or phone number, etc.

Yes i no that but i my account was hacked and it got banned from the people who hacked it so its not realy my fault,, So i should realy get my DLC back .

Please sir did you recover it(I mean unsuspend it ? I literally have the same issue since feb 2022. And what is annoying is that I got the security information back because the hacker was a classmate (was considered as a friend) and did a prank to me and lied to me , he said many minecrafy accounts have been hacked this day and I will recieve an email from mojang to verify my ownership and I truth him

I didn't get it back. They said they couldn't unsuspend the account for some reason which is so dumb since they can give out bans and can't revert them. I got my account back through resetting my password and I tried to contact them over 2-4 times and they said that I have to reach to microsoft and not xbox and there's also no way to contact them. So no there is no way to get your account back if it gets hacked and also Mojang didn't help me get my account back.

Are y'all trying to fix it????? Bc it scares me...and it seems like if it's been a glitch for a long time y'all would have fixed it by now
