    The license for the previous games expired a long time ago, and they were all delisted, and will not be returning.

    Sorry to say but this depends entirely on the game developer. Microsoft is not the developer of this game

    Also, if I recall correctly this game is not part of the backwards compatible games list and the program has ended. This means that no more Xbox 360 games are going to be compatible with new Xbox consoles
