Can Xbox wireless headset output mic to two devices at once?

It's part of why I never considered a Warhead. I use enough different systems than I prefer a cabled mic.

3rd party equipment shouldn't have a problem unless it hooks directly to controller.

3rd party headsets that connect to the controller
for mic input (like an Astro A40) should be fine, assuming the controller retains a 2.5mm output. If the output changes to something other than an analog out then there could be problems.

There should be a setting in the dash, much the like the 360 that will allow you to route chat audio through your audio output to you TV or whatever you have connected to the XB1 audio output eg. your Turtle Beach headset. Once you have your headset on
you should be able to use the kinect mic to speak to your friends and in game parties. So really the only thing missing is a mic connection from the headset but that can be substituted with the kinect mic iirc.

I have Same problem.

I think that this headset dont work on pc like on xbox. I tried to connect it with the xbox wireless adapter and , it works, both are enable to use, stereo and mic, BUT, i have problems when i activate dolby atmos or windows sonic. The sound failed sometimes.

The solutions that i used was, connect the headset in two devices, Bluetooth ,to use stereo with dolby atmos and wireless adapter for mic.

Make sure the controller you want to use is assigned to your profile -

- Settings > Kinect and Devices > Devices and Accessories > More Options >

Where it says Assigned to - Select that option and re-assign your profile to your controller

- Settings > Display and Sound > Audio Output > Headset Audio - set to Stereo Uncompressed

- Hard Reset the Xbox - hold down the power button on the Xbox One console for 15 sec then let go and restart the Xbox

Try your headset on another device like an Android phone, iphones use a different wiring standard and the mic for your headset won't work on apple products.
