Can Xbox support help with enforcement?

I was comm banned for the message

" is that the great dixienormous? Blues guitarist extraordinaire?"

I appealed the ban in enforcement saying that I had chanced upon an old friend in a game who's gamertag used to be dixienormous (new gt is dixieN is back). Ended up being a really cool blast from the past we started playing together and chatting until I was removed from the party. The ban was placed within 20-30 mins and the appeal was denied within 12 hours. This says to me the ban was done by a bot, and completely overlooked by a human later. Is there anyone else that will look at this? It's my understanding that support won't look at it but this is insane.

Alright final question: enforcement accepts no communication besides appeals to their decisions, so is there a place in the Microsoft realm I can stomp my Karen feet and talk to a manager? Even if it's likely to do nothing I would still like to add myself to the number of people dissatisfied with enforcement.

Maybe I spoke without full understanding so let me ask another question. Are message requests private messages? This would have been the first message sent to an unfriended account

I totally understand keeping Xbox a family friendly space. But banning someone for a private message between adult friends is unthinkable.

Anything done on the Live service can be enforced. That includes direct messages. So no, they're technically not private.
