Can Xbox or Microsoft unban a console that was sold but the owner never mentioned anything...

Well I’d like to start off by saying that people who sell consoles without saying that it’s console banned is literally stupid and whoever has done that hopefully Microsoft or Xbox is able to unban the console because when I bought a console the previous didn’t specify about the console being banned plus when I tried reaching out he didn’t respond and I still paid a huge amount of money for the console I would greatly appreciated if I would be able to play on this expensive Xbox one s console that I just bought because honestly it’s Microsoft’s fault for not enforcing people to specify all info when their selling you a console so I hope Microsoft can do something to fix my console because whatever previous owner must of been bad to get the whole console banned so I’m expecting for Microsoft to fix this or I might even report the guy who sold it to me because of him not saying that the console was banned before selling it to me even though I want to mention his name it’s better that I speak with Microsoft myself instead of letting the previous owners name getting compromised or something.
