You can recover your account back to the other Xbox by signing onto Xbox live and simply recovering it. An update several updates ago allows your account to be saved to more than just one console. As far as the issue with the account not deleting or being
able to move, check for corruption on the memory the and delete accordingly. Try clearing the cache as well by highlighting your device under memory and pressing Y to begin device maintenance.

I have a similar problem, my xbox profile will no longer appear on my XBOX and the memory is faulty profile and I do not want to delete my account, what can I do?

Once an account is made you cannot delete it from xbox live. You can delete it from your hard drive by going to system settings, memory, then gamer profiles.
