can Xbox help u get your old account back though your gamertag?

as far as i know you wont lose your xbox live gold by changing ur gamertag.

i think the subcription ended and so u dont have xbox live anymore.

and if u want ur old gamertag back,

change it back on how u did it to ur current one

If you go to your profile then customise profile then click on your gamertag and enter your original name click check availability and you can then see if you can get your old gamertag back it might have a # with numbers though.

i know how to get your account back all u gotta do is delete ur account off of your xbox and then click recover gamertag and delete profile only and then you got your account back.

Im wanting my old gamertag back as my brother change it and it's a unauthorized change so I'm requesting my old gamertag back

If it was an unauthorized purchase the only people that can do anything IF your account is eligible would be xbox billing support who basically IF your account is eligible would give you a credit to your account so that you can change your gamertag back
to the old one.
