Can Xbox Game Bar use the iGPU for encoding if the dGPU doesn't support it?

The RX 6500XT is on the rather the low end of AMD's NAVI24 RX 6xxxx range. The lowest being the RX 6300 and the high end being the RX 6950XT. As it such, while it can decode H.264 and H.265, it can't encode (i.e. Record) like it's more powerful brethren.

As Tezzarrific has already pointed out, it doesn't have any built in video encoders, so it won't work via the Game Bar.

Actually your hardware doesn't meet the requirements. The problem is that fact the AMD R7 240 has no hardware encoder. The issue isn't with Game Bar, it's your graphics card.

before I could when I had a Radeon HD 7800 1GB Series, more later I changed I can't record anymore and R7 240 also supports XBOX GAME BAR, I always update my Drivers and clean the PC, nothing else Changes, please help me.

Despite the R7 240 being two years younger than your previous card it's actually less capable and lacks hardware video encoding. There isn't such a card as the 'HD 7800', the 7800 was a series of cards made up either a Radeon 7850 or 7870, both of which had hardware encoding.

This is why you can't record using game bar as your graphics card lacks hardware video encoding.

The GT1030 is a low end graphics card that doesn't support hardware video encoding. There is no driver that can fix this, it's a hardware limitation

The R5 340X is a low end graphics processor released circa 2014. As far as I'm aware it does not support hardware video encoding. This is why you're getting an error in Game Bar

You've told us your motherboard, what CPU do you have?
