Can we transfer its windows store games to another storage?

My games are currently installing on an HDD and I am looking to transfer them to an SSD ^^

I believe you can, but you have to do so through the system. If you go to Settings > Apps and then find the game in the list, it should have the option to "Move" where you can select the destination you'd like to move the app to.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues during that process.

I'll make it simple, I currently have the game pass on PC except that I will change hard drive to switch to a full SSD system but I do not know at all if I can transfer my games on my SSD, can we do it Or will I have to be reinstalled?

If you are doing a total switch from HD to SSD typically the SSD manufacturer has a tool available to clone your current HD. With that tool you can transfer or clone your current HD to the SSD with your games on it so you do not have to re-download
them.

We open the Settings> App and Features> in the list we look for the name of our app, so we look for the item MOVE.

After clicking on Move, a further menu will appear where we can choose the destination unit.

From here we select the desired unit, then click again on Move. If the directory is clean and there are no other device apps, the move will take place automatically based on the amount of data to be moved, otherwise the system will request to remove any
other apps from other devices.

When the system moves, we will see new folders appear in the unit, called WindowsApps and WPSystem which are encrypted and only the owner account is able to read and manage them.
