How can I play daily challenges for the previous months?

As far as I am aware, you can not play previous months challenges.

Also previous month(s) challenges on all microsoft games, ie. minesweeper, mahjong, jigsaw, solitaire

Set the date on your computer to 6/30 and start Microsoft Solitaire. Be sure to turn off automatic date update before you start and turn it back on when you're finished with the previous month's games.
