I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, according to the information I found, it is not possible to permanently disable the virtual keyboard from appearing on your console screen.

However, you can make it disappear from the screen while you type by holding down the Windows key and then Esc.

2nd question can you enable mouse and keyboard for custom games like local game

Unfortunately R6: Siege is not on that list and it's not something you can just turn on and it's something that requires support from the game itself for it to work on the Xbox

If the game had native keyboard and mouse support you may be able to use your PCs keyboard and mouse. You can use the keyboard for the actual xbox homescreen though.

Do you, by chance, have Steam installed on your system?

Or any sort of software that turns gamepad input into keyboard and mouse?
