Can we have this startup for insider previews?

The only time I have seen this issue is through the Xbox Insider Preview program. If you can confirm you are or are not in the preview program then we can start to figure it out.

can give you some great troubleshooting aimed directly at that "E" error code.

Additionally, do you happen to be an Xbox Insider enrolled in our Preview Program? We recently has some preview console updates roll out for testing, and if you're enrolled to receive these preview builds on your console, then traditional troubleshooting
of the issue will not work as intended. If this is the case, then your best bet is

report this issue via the Insider's Hub app, either on your console or via a PC. Alternatively, you can also reach out to the

Xbox Insider's Subreddit page to report this. All the reported information goes directly to the engineers so that they can get you sorted out and there may be some additional solutions on the subreddit for Insiders as well.

as I see from your other thread, you are part of the Xbox Insider preview. Support can not help with Xbox Insider Preview builds, the only place to get proper support is here: https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders
that way the Development team and other Insiders can interact with you. This is unfortunately what being in the Insider Preview is all about, we get the development software and test it out for bugs. If you can't handle this then it maybe a good idea to remove
yourself from the Insider Preview builds and return to a public build.

That version appears to be a Insiders preview OS so OSU's will not help you. You will have to factory refresh the console.

Scroll down to E106 in this support page, System update solution startup error and follow the steps. If your console is enrolled in a Insider preview, skip the OSU section.

You can find the latest GA OS version at Whats new xbox one system updates.

Xbox Insider program FAQ has information on how to unenroll from the program using a PC if you can't start your console.

If you’re unable to successfully restore your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, there is an offline method you can use.
