Can we get our Home page back on the Xbox

As it is now, our 'home page' on the Xbox is completely useless and endlessly frustrating. Store links? Purchase offers? No thank you. we want our pins, our games, our apps that I use frequently, on OUR HOME page, not a useless link to Xbox game pass (to
which I already own, so why am I seeing offers for it?) We don't want to have to dive through three separate screens to get to a game or an app, or do that terrible scroll down, down, down (dangit one to far! scroll up!) Down, Down to get to a game, or click
my games and apps... then click my games and apps again, then yet more frustrating navigation to find the desired item. Just give us back our home page, please. There is already a 'Microsoft store' link at the top of the screen. That is fine, that is great.
I personally go to the store a lot, Digital downloads for the win. But store items should NOT be on our home page. HOME should be Ours, and what we choose it to be. Pinned Games and apps should be right there (like the used to be) on the home page, accessible,
Fast and easy to use, not store adds and panels that mean nothing to us.

I could start an entire discussion around other functions of the Xbox dashboard, (left panel navigation, friends list, party controls), but the biggest culprit to me, is having a useless home page.

GIVE THE HOME PAGE BACK TO THE PEOPLE!!

xbox one

when we turn on our xbox it immediately moves to the right on the home page and on youtube the cursor moves back and forth

what do I do to fix this problem

How can we report to them our opinion on getting the old customizable Home page back? I would at least like to move stuff around even if I can remove it entirely.

Yeah like how im i suppose to trust that i did pay i have a bill saying pay with card played and download and how your saying it did work is lost u money and streams 100%

This depends on the issue. If I may ask when you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check the game, what is the status?

Because if it's declined it may mean that the purchase is not successful and there is no charge that was taken out.

Are you installing from ready to install or the store

With the store you do have to careful because there are different versions

Unlwss you get the cross gen pack.

Which case just do the ready to install and smart delivery will usually take care of the rest

If you buy the 79 dollar version Thata current gen made for xbox ones and series consoles

However of you are trying get next gen version you need cross gen or vault usually 89 and above msrp
