Can we get an option to upgrade Forza Horizon 4 editions on Steam?

    Can we get an option to upgrade Forza Horizon 4 editions on Steam?


    I'm not sure if this is the right place for it but I bought the standard edition on Steam, not knowing if I would like the game as much as I do and now I want the extras that come with the Ultimate edition but I would like to be able to pay the difference. The only day to get those extras now is to buy them individually but that just costs way too much.

    The short answer is, Yes.

    For example, I got the base edition of Forza Horizon (from my Game Pass). Then, after a few months, I was able to simply upgrade to the Premium Edition by paying the upgrade cost.

    Right now, call BO6 is already listed on gamepass for pre-install with upgrade options similar to forza. So, Yes, I think, you will be able to upgrade.

    Forza Horizon 4 on Steam is not the same as the PC/Xbox version. It is a seperate game with seperate steam achievements, so you will have to start again on the Steam version.

    I don't think anyone could be too sure of when this will happen, but I can say they don't sell Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition digitally, only the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions, however, Game Pass is a good alternative as you get to play Forza Horizon

    Hi,

    Unfortunately no. The Steam version of Forza Horizon 4 (only recently released on the platform) is a separate game to the one on the Windows Store. You can't transfer or get a 'key' to download it from Steam.
