most stores do however have holiday return protection, you're only issue is that it's been opened and used. They may allow you to return it and re-purchase it at the sale price, but that would be entirely up to the retailer

Xbox Embasdadors are not Employee's of MS. They do not get paid either. It said 12 month warranty, however, it's only 3 months. Purchasing directly from MS makes no difference.

I wonder how many people have the controller and don't realize it's broke. Took me weeks to figure out it was the controller and not me. Lesser skilled players will never find out.

Your in the same boat as a lot of others, there is no fix on our end to get it working. Has to do with Microsoft, and i find it to be stupid that we all paid 60 or 50 or etc. for the season pass and exclusive content and we can not even use it. Im not sure
if this is something that sony is dealing with too, but i believe we should be compensated with something at least. Since assassins creed unity didn't turn out so great season pass holder got a free game of their choice can't beat that for 30 bucks, but on
that note we should get a percentage off on a game or credit our accounts an x amount of credit.
