Currently they are testing a family plan in Ireland and Columbia, but it hasn't been released to everyone yet. So until that is available, you can only share on your Home console and you can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So with 3 consoles, you would need to purchase at least 2 of the things you want to share.

You can only share games in the same household on one console. If you share games to another household, then you are basically breaking Xbox rules, and can be suspended or banned for doing it.

You can only switch home consoles 3 times every 12 months,not 3 times per year.

The home console feature is meant for households with more than one console,not to share with your friends.

Only one can use Xbox Game Pass. You can however share the games that are on Xbox Game Pass with someone else using the Home Xbox setting on the console.

Bear in mind this feature can only be used in the same household if there is more than one console in it. Sharing games to other users in other households is against the terms of use, and can get you suspended or banned for doing it.
