    There may be several reasons why this is happening:

    1- Your internet connection; check your network for any issues. Check your xbox networking, by going to settings > Gaming > Xbox networking.

    2- Xbox servers may be down; use https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status/ to check xbox live status

    3- It may be a problem with the app; Try clicking the refresh button on the top left of the console companion app. Try restarting the app and your computer.
