If you read closely, you'll see "If you're using a child account and a person you don't recognize is listed on your account as your family group’s organizer, have your real parent or guardian contact Xbox Support."

I believe that also applies for your case.

Ok so that can be done but before going through all that can the account be replaced at all or would it be a waste of time to get my parent to send in a report only to find that it cant be done?

We don't have a family subscription yet, but you can split the account for two. You can.

You can create a master account and add members of your family with age restrictions for each child.

There are several family games. I recommend searching by family category.

Highly recommend: LEGO, Disney Pixar, Super Lucky .....

if you had set up your children with adult accounts then your only solution then is to be the parent and create a family account

that way the master account can set restrictions

I too am on a Family Pack. I am not restricted in any way as far as child/adult. However only the master account holder can use cash. Since they recently switched from MP to cash the only person on a Family Pack that can purchase games is the master account
holder. They are in the process of breaking up the Family Packs and turning them each into their own separate account. Until your account goes through this process you will have to purchase things through the master account holder. Hopefully this process will
be completed for everyone soon.
