Can`t start my Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta

I bought Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta in the windows.store. But I can not run the game.

Looked through some of the help articles - man the information is confusing.

Anyways from what I'm inferring from the posts is that you can play Windows 10 to Windows 10, and Pocket Edition to Windows 10 and that's it right now.

Do you get an error code or message?

 

I do not get an error message. the game window simply disappears.

There are three errors in the system log. sorry for russian. as is.

Hi, some windows apps just force quit with no explanation at all but you can follow these steps

Starting at v15.0 you must have your computer connected to the internet for Minecraft to work (no more offline play ) now even when you restart the computer or turn it off Windows apps stay suspended so they can open fast. Problem, if it just crashes then
you can't get anywhere on it. So you need to to to taskmananger and go to details.

Look for minecraftw10dx11.exe (or something similar. Right click on it and end task. Once that's done try running Minecraft. If it still don't want to work you might have to reinstall Minecraft.

By inference and tests I had the firm conviction that the problem stems from the fact that I bought just Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta, but had no licenses simply Minecraft for PC.

 

You should not have a problem with windows 10 edition Minecraft because you don't have the PC version. It works perfectly fine with out having the java PC version of Minecraft. Does it work now? Please explain

 

I tried to run right now. Error remained the same.

 

Could you upload some of these Screenshots to OneDrive or whatever, so you we can actually see what we're looking at. That would be helpful. (just upload and post the link)

 

On-screen error messages do not appear. Errors are recorded in the event log. On the desktop, simply start screen disappears. The process in the Task Manager list, simply disappears, too.

have you attempted to uninstall minecraft w10 edition and reinstall it and see if it works?

 

I try to reinstall again. No changes. One idea is to reinstall the operating system. But not yet ready for such drastic action. And the interest has already passed. I understand i can not pass on the purchase to children's accounts.

 

Ahh ok. Sorry for that. Some of these cases can not be solved
