Hello, i can`t login with my password in win 10 over the xbox live icon.

In the Internet Browser it work.

Over the win start button xbox live there show me (in german, i come from Hamburg, sorry about my english): There is a problem. Try later 0x801901f4.

I try to change password, but not work.

Microsoft Account Page. If you are able to successfully log in there, please try restarting your PC and then try to sign into the app again.

Hello Carlos,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for any inconvenience the issue when trying to sign in has caused.
Please go to the Account website and
make sure you are able to sign in. Once you make sure you are able to sign in with the account, perform a
soft factory reset.
It sounds as if the software somewhere is corrupted on the console. Once you do the soft factory reset, try to install your profile again then let us know how it goes.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.
