    Can`t hera mates in the voice chat


    Hello,

    I have the following problem: When I want to play together with my friend in a voice chat, I can't hear him. We have tried using the Xbox Party Chat and Discord. I use a Wireless Turtle Beach 600. I can hear the game sound of the game, and my friend can hear me as well. I can also see from the voice overlay that he is speaking, but I can't hear him at all.

    In the Xbox interface, it also says "Having trouble hearing party or game chat? Try adjusting your audio settings," but when I go to the audio settings, there are no selectable options; everything is "grayed out." I have completely reconnected the headset to the Xbox Series X. Of course, I have also tried restarting, etc. The current workaround is that I call him via the Discord app on my phone. However, I would like to solve this properly as I want to play with others as well.

    I don't know.for shore so u may need to do some more research bit that sounds to me like your.mates audio has been blocked by Microsoft maybe for being rude or not following voicechat guidelines hopefully not the case but that's all I can think of

    RanDog is correct- However, I don't believe anyone "Lied"- it was an error to assume Kinect voice chat would work. CoD does no,t at this time, support voice chat with Kinect.

    That's weird mate... if anything the new voice chat (for both me and my friends) picks up more of what's going on with other people... I could even hear my mates wife eating crisps on the other side of the room!

    I take it the people you're talking to are using the official headsets and not Kinect for their voice chat?

    Sounds like the headset speaker could be faulty....

    Bought the game on 12/5, haven't been able to play for 1 minute yet

    It's amazing that you can;t even voice chat you have to text...and now you have to be in a party with someone to play with them. No more joining a friends game! This is so NOT next gen. Disappointed that 360 made it easy to play with friends and had voice
    chat and this ONE went backwards.
