can`t download .:(

when i wanted to download xbox 360 games on my xbox one it`says allways error and it says go on xbox.com and downloaded from there but when i tried to do it it says download from the xbox PLEASE HELP its been like this for a long time plus the games
i wanted to download is on the backwords compateble....

i can´t download more then 80% of tropico 4????

it says can´t download tropico 4 then it hit 80%

 

i can´t download again mafia 2

i can´t buy or download mafia 2 because it doesn´t appears any option to download again

also try resetting your internet aswell.

what's the error codes you get? they look something like this 0x0385873, 0x0859485 or E.. ?

it still doesn`t work i tried evreything and when i try do download ag 360 game it goes into a blue screen and the it says error without a code
