Can`t add account or sign in xbox one

I originally had an error that said no connection.

I went through different steps to try and fix including factory reset.

I now cant add back my account...

all I get is a rotating circle and back to original screen to add account.

I`ve tried factory reset erasing everything still nothing.

Please help

Sorry to hear it. Are any other gamertags able to be added to the console? If not then the issue may be with the console itself and may need to be repaired

Well, in the add-on section i can play Danwguard even if my friend is online, he actually recovered his gamertag after I download the Hearthfire dlc, but i can´t play it, the only way to play the Hearthfire dlc is to sign-in with both accounts in my xbox,
and I already have the license. When I sign in first with his account in my xbox the Hearthfire dlc is available for me to play, but in i sign-out and in with my gamertag then the shows me the message that content is corrupt.

Keep in mind that you can only be signed into a single account at a time. You must sign out of your account in order to sign into another account. More information on this can be found here.

It is important to note that having more than one Xbox profile under a Microsoft account is not possible.

However, you can create a new Microsoft account for your child and add them to your family group.
Then, you can purchase the subscription on the new Microsoft account.

Creating a Microsoft account doesn't take much, you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/ > sign in > create a new one.
