Can something be done about my warranty?

The warranty on my controller expired 3 weeks ago and i have only now needed to send it back for repairs. I was wondering if there was any sort of resolve to this situation. I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and i would be very disappointed if i had to purchase a new controller over such a minor fault and after spending £100 on this controller.

If you are worried about your IP address being taken, I suggestion buying a VPN router or, running a VPN service through your router.

Unfortunately there's not much that can be done in regards to a DDoS attack.

To be perfectly honest, the likelihood that they are getting your IP address is unlikely as Xbox is provided with a private IP address (provided by router).

You have 2 IP addresses, one public and one private, The public IP address is the IP address assigned to you by your ISP.

In the instance it is happening, there are a few things you can do to prevent it. Like applying a filter to your router to drop packets from a specific address that you can obtain using specific networking
software.

However, I'm not able to provide the information as it's not really an Xbox issue, I can only give advice and point in a right direction.
