Just to set proper expectation, it's important to note that Xbox account bans are usually the result of violating the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. This can include cheating, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior. However, if you believe that your account was hacked and used for these activities without your knowledge, there are steps you can take to try and get your account unbanned.



The first thing you should do is to change your Xbox account password immediately. This will help prevent any further unauthorized access to your account. You can do this by following these steps:



1. Sign-in to your account to Microsoft website.

2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Select "Account settings" from the drop-down menu.

4. Click on "Security" in the left-hand menu.

5. Click on "Change password" and follow the prompts to create a new password.



Once you have changed your password, you can then proceed to check options to unban your account.



1. Go to the Xbox Support website to check for the enforcement action.

2. There, you can check to see if you have the option to file an appeal for the action lifted on the account

3. Make sure to provide accurate details upon the request so, they can proceed with investigating the accounts activity and determine the rightful action to be taken.

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.
