Can someone provide to me the correct forum to report a hardware level issue

As the subject states, can someone provide a url to the forum that deals with hardware level manufacturing faults?

From my previous message, the response of:

"Unfortunately, Microsoft and Xbox prohibit creating discussions on
these forums that pertain to anything that could be violating the terms of use of the Xbox
Forums Guidelines." So I'd like to talk to someone in another forum designated for these types of questions.

You can try going through support (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us) but otherwise there is no other official means through Microsoft where you can report the issue since
self-repair is a violation of the terms of service.

If the post was closed for that reason, then there is no where on this site that you can discuss that. You would have to find another site for that type of discussion.

It looks to be that the E105 error that I have is being misdiagnosed and the result for anyone playing offline would mean they lose all their save data.

Since I can't go into details or the thread will be locked, I'm stuck in the situation where I have a console that works for a while and then faults - the fault being reported is error nous as the content isn't corrupted and a reset doesn't resolve the issue.
The console is out of warranty, and there is nobody to help deal with an incorrectly diagnosed issue with a fix suggested by Xbox that will not only, cause players a lot of grief and hassle but also not fix the issue due to a hardware level fsult that has
affected many people with the Xbox Scorpio edition of the Xbox One.

Thank you for the quick response. That was indeed the response. If there is no technical forum in this site does Microsoft/Xbox have another site for the reporting of these issues that I could be pointed to?

As I'm not the only person reporting the specific hardware fault and seeing the issues that occurred on the Xbox 360 I would have thought that there would be a facility to report such issues. As the only avenue left is to fix it myself.

So any assistance is welcomed rather than a "Thread Locked" as the issue isn't being fixed and will continue to be reported.

Hi buddy how are you today, so about your question, what really you what know? Is Hardware, Software or Terms of Use?

I think with if is related the Xbox Plataform or Windows 10 Plataform you can use this forum.

About PC Hardware I don't know if have a right forum because we have manufactures and 3rd builders envolved. But Try Ask here and we go try help
